About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver care in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms to identify physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
