About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one pediatric homecare for two brothers with complex medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Managing tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Monitoring seizures and administering medications
- Providing personal care and PRN oxygen therapy
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the practicing state
- Current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification
- Preferably with at least one year of RN experience, especially in homecare and high acuity pediatrics
Skills
- Experience with pediatric tracheostomy, ventilators, and high-acuity care
- Ability to work independently in a home environment
- Compassionate patient care and strong clinical skills
Key Duties
- Deliver nursing care to pediatric patients with complex needs
- Potentially serve both brothers, ideally with one nurse for both
- Maintain documentation and ensure patient safety and comfort
