About the role
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a 24/7 ER facility serving all ages.
Responsibilities
- Delivering direct patient care
- Performing head-to-toe assessments on pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients
- Utilizing triage to prioritize care
- Monitoring hemodynamic status
- Managing pain effectively
- Collaborating with physicians
- Adjusting care plans based on patient needs
- Responding swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Qualifications
- Current NV RN license
- 2-3 years of emergency or critical care experience
- Extensive EMS background preferred
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (within 6 months)
