Registered Nurse - Full Time, Mid Shift

Role Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and protects confidentiality, all in alignment with organizational standards and values. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care, assess patient needs, and implement appropriate interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with care standards and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills: Must have graduated from an approved nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN) and hold a current RN license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialty-specific credentials preferred based on the unit. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements is necessary.
