Registered Nurse - Full Time, Mid Shift

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organization standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver quality patient care.
• Evaluate and improve care provided by team members.
• Coordinate care across departments.
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained.

Requirements

• Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC) may be required based on the unit.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and squat as needed for patient care.
