Registered Nurse - Full Time, Mid Shift

About the Role

This position involves providing patient care using the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, and evaluating the care delivered by team members. The role includes coordinating patient care across departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and aligning duties with organizational standards and values.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license for the state or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on department needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
