Registered Nurse - PACU (Part-Time)

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights, and safeguards confidentiality. Upholds organizational mission, values, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit).
• Evaluate patient condition and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained.
• Maintain compliance with standards and certifications.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of RN/PACU experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in Missouri or compact state.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or TNCC may be required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical duties.
