Registered Nurse - PACU

Position Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights, and upholds confidentiality in line with organizational standards. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care and assess patient needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. Support continuous quality improvement initiatives. Perform duties in accordance with mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications & Skills Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license and ability to maintain it. BLS certification, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, or specialty certifications as required. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
