About the role
We are seeking a PACU registered nurse to join our team in a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in active recovery, step-down, and floor settings, advocating for patients and ensuring a smooth recovery transition.
- Handle a high volume of cases, averaging 80-110 operating room patients daily.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least one year of acute nursing experience required.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- For inactive, retired, or lapsed licenses over five years, completion of a Board-approved refresher course is necessary prior to reinstatement.
