About the Role

Provide post-anesthesia care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), monitoring patients as they recover from surgery. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered support throughout the recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care, monitoring patients as they recover from surgery.
• Manage pain and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and professional development to enhance recovery care skills.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Strong clinical skills in post-anesthesia and recovery care.
• Ability to respond rapidly and effectively to patient needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
