How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Lead and inspire an interdisciplinary team of caregivers to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care that aligns with our clinical excellence goals.
- Design and manage daily care assignments by matching patient needs with the specific skills of your team, ensuring every patient receives attentive and appropriate support.
- Synthesize real-time data from your clinical team to develop comprehensive care plans that address the evolving needs of every patient on the unit.
- Elevate team performance through active coaching and immediate feedback, fostering a culture of continuous growth and professional accountability.
- Shape the future of your unit by participating in the interview process and recommending top-tier talent who share our commitment to patient-centered care.
Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
- Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
