Registered Nurse Supervisor

About the Role

Oversee and supervise nursing staff and unit activities in a 130-bed long-term care and short-term sub-acute facility. Ensure high-quality resident care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond to patient needs promptly.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise assigned staff and unit operations
• Perform clinical assessments and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
• Lead emergency responses and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify and implement disciplinary actions when necessary

Requirements

• Current RN license in New York
• Experience with geriatric, rehabilitation, or Alzheimer's patients preferred
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Patience, compassion, and ability to work under pressure

Schedule

Per diem role requiring weekend availability, with shifts in evenings and nights.

Pay

$54.00/hour plus shift differentials.
