Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to promote professional growth and development
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs
