About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care and staff coordination.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents and families
- Responding to resident and staff inquiries with accurate information
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant working environment
- Maintaining confidentiality and managing documentation of care services
- Fostering teamwork among healthcare providers
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and positive team management skills
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing software
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
