Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care (Full-Time Nights)

Role: Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care (FT Nights) Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes using evidence-based practices. Partner with patients and families through education and communication, ensuring cultural sensitivity. Coordinate care delivery, document accurately, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth. Develop protocols, optimize resource use, and ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards such as TJC and organizational safety goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience.Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.Required certifications: BLS, NRP, and either single-state or multi-state RN license.Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
