Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care (Part-Time Nights)

Position: Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care (Part-Time Nights) Role: An integral member of the interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered neonatal care. The RN practices in accordance with professional standards, evidence-based practices, and organizational policies, ensuring individualized care through the nursing process. They collaborate with patients, families, and team members to promote optimal outcomes and cultural sensitivity. Responsibilities Perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on current clinical standards.Partner with patients and families using relationship-based care and effective communication methods.Coordinate safe, high-quality care and ensure thorough documentation.Support team collaboration, performance improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice.Participate in professional development, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and uphold regulatory and safety standards.Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Certifications: BLS, NRP (or equivalents), required upon hire.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
