Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care (Full-Time Nights)

Role: Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care (FT Nights). Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, partner with patients and families, and practice evidence-based standards. Coordinate care delivery, ensure timely documentation, and promote respectful, inclusive environments. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth. Develop protocols, optimize resource use, and uphold organizational policies and safety standards. Qualifications: Associate or diploma in nursing (bachelor's preferred). Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact). Certifications required include BLS, NRP, and active RN license. Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience. Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and commitment to professional development.
