Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care (Part-Time Nights)

Role: Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care (Part-Time Night Shift) Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical standards. Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), partner with patients and families, and adapt care to cultural and population-specific needs. Ensure documentation, coordinate interdisciplinary communication, promote teamwork, and support performance improvement initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development, participate in research and evidence-based practices, and uphold organizational policies and safety standards. Proactively plan patient care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development to optimize outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experienceAssociates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact)Certifications: BLS, NRP, and other relevant credentials required upon hireStrong clinical judgment, critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills
