Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process for patients with moderate to high acuity.
- Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and supporting team development.
- Contribute to safety, quality, and patient satisfaction at the point of care.
- Maintain current licensure, certifications, and adhere to established clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Active state RN licensure.
- Minimum six months of RN experience.
- Current BLS certification; CPR certification must be valid through sixty days of hire.
