Role Overview

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness provided by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational values, standards, and mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess and evaluate care quality and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Maintain current RN licensure in the state or applicable licensing compact.
• Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and other physical tasks.
