Registered Nurse - MedSurg, FT Nights

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to promote positive outcomes.Serving as a patient advocate by addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring satisfaction.Collaborating with care teams to develop and communicate care plans, prioritizing patient needs.Maintaining accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and incidents.Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting organizational goals.Mentoring and fostering the professional growth of colleagues.Upholding confidentiality, safety, and professional standards in all activities.Engaging in ongoing professional development and maintaining required licenses and certifications. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification are required. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential.
