About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within a clinical environment supported by leadership and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care.
• Partner with patients and families to deliver culturally competent, relationship-based care, ensuring patient goals are prioritized.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication and teamwork.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance efforts.
• Maintain professional development by completing required training, mentoring, and participating in evidence-based practice activities.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource utilization to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adhere to organizational policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Certifications: BLS, with additional certifications as required.
