Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive team member providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within a clinical environment supported by leadership and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care.Partner with patients and families to deliver culturally competent, relationship-based care, ensuring patient goals are prioritized.Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication and teamwork.Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance efforts.Maintain professional development by completing required training, mentoring, and participating in evidence-based practice activities.Contribute to protocol development and resource utilization to optimize patient outcomes.Adhere to organizational policies, safety standards, and legal requirements. Qualifications And Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred; valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.Certifications: BLS, with additional certifications as required.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies, and apply evidence-based clinical skills.Proficient in technology use and time management.
