Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical Trauma Spine

Role: Registered Nurse on the Med-Surg Trauma Spine unit. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based care to adult trauma and spine patients in a fast-paced environment.Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and coordinate treatment plans.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and discharge instructions.Promote safe discharges and support patient recovery. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure.Experience in acute care, trauma, or spine units preferred.Strong assessment, medication administration, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
