Role: Registered Nurse in a Med-Surg Trauma Spine unit. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based nursing care to adult trauma and spine patients.Coordinate complex treatment plans and administer medications.Monitor post-operative recovery and respond to patient status changes.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver patient-centered, compassionate care. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure.Strong clinical skills in acute-care, trauma, and spine patient management.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
