Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point for coordinating care across clinical disciplines
- Monitor patient safety
- Document care accurately
- Audit and adapt support based on hospital needs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Valid RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or applicable multi-state license
- BLS certification within 30 days
- Preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- 3+ years of nursing experience
- Med/Surg and progressive care training preferred
