Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Float

About the Role

Seeking a MedSurg Float Pool Registered Nurse to support med-surg and mixed acuity units across two hospital campuses. This role involves providing patient care in a fast-paced environment, supporting clinical mobility, and participating in unit-based councils.

This position offers a night shift schedule and requires two weekend shifts per month.

Responsibilities

• Support med-surg and mixed acuity units, float between hospital campuses
• Provide patient care in a dynamic environment
• Participate in professional development and unit councils

Requirements

• Current RN license in MA in good standing
• BLS certification required
• 1-2 years of telemetry or critical care experience preferred
• BSN preferred; associate's degree considered with enrollment in BSN program within one year
• Certifications like PCCN or CVRN are a plus

Pay

Competitive salary range of $37.50 to $47.41 per hour, plus a float pool hourly differential.
