About the role
This position involves leading high‑acuity patient care on Med Surg and Intermediate units, utilizing specialized training in progressive care to support complex patients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver seamless, high‑quality care by serving as the central contact for all clinical disciplines.
- Monitor patient safety, document care accurately, and advocate for positive outcomes.
- Respond to hospital needs by providing expert nursing support for high‑acuity cases.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi‑state license.
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire; Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
- Three or more years of nursing experience, with training in med/surg and progressive care settings (preferred).
- Experience with high‑acuity and specialty patients is a plus.
