Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Day Shift

Position Overview Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans.Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to ensure well-organized patient care.Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.Assess and coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team members. Qualifications And Skills Current RN license or eligibility to be licensed by the Alabama Board of Nursing.BLS certification obtained within 1 month of hire, with American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted.Diploma from an accredited nursing program and professional licensure at the time of hire.
