Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Day Shift

About the role

Join a dedicated team on a 20-bed Medical-Surgical Unit focused on compassionate, team-based patient care. Provide direct nursing care, implement and monitor care plans, and communicate patient conditions effectively. Serve as a primary coordinator among disciplines to ensure coordinated patient care and execute physician and nursing orders. Assess discharge needs and collaborate with the healthcare team for patient transitions.

Requirements

• Licensed or eligible as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Active BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer, from AHA or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program and professional licensure at the time of hire.
