About the role
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical (Acute Care) Unit, providing full-time day shift coverage.
Responsibilities
- Lead patient care through establishing personalized relationships and collaborating with physicians and team members.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to promote health or support peaceful death.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patient navigation through their health journey.
- Assume responsibility, authority, and accountability for the management and delivery of care in accordance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state; if inactive or lapsed for five years or more, a Board-approved refresher course is required.
- One year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
