The registered nurse in Department 7A is responsible for delivering safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care by applying the nursing process and organizational policies.
They demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking while working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
Ideal candidates include new graduates or RNs in good standing licensed in Arkansas, with a preference for BSN.
The role requires applying basic skills, understanding departmental policies, and participating as a full team member.
CPR certification is mandatory, with some areas requiring additional training such as ACLS, PALS, or NALS. Specialty units provide specific education.
This position offers 72 hours bi-weekly during day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
