Responsibilities

Ideal candidates include new graduates or RNs in good standing licensed in Arkansas, with a preference for BSN. The role requires applying basic skills, understanding departmental policies, and participating as a full team member. CPR certification is mandatory, with some areas requiring additional training such as ACLS, PALS, or NALS. Specialty units provide specific education. This position offers 72 hours bi-weekly during day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
