Registered Nurse - Acute Care (Medical-Surgical Unit)

About the role

The registered nurse in Department 7A is responsible for delivering safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process and organizational training. They must demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking, adhering to departmental policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• New RN graduate or licensed RN in good standing with Arkansas, preferably holding a BSN

Certifications and Training

• CPR certification is mandatory
• Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be required depending on the unit, with training provided

Schedule

This position offers a bi-weekly schedule of 72 hours within a day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
