About the role
The registered nurse in Department 7A is responsible for delivering safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process and departmental policies.
They must demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and understand organizational procedures to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and understanding of organizational procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care.
- Ensure optimal patient outcomes through the nursing process and departmental policies.
Requirements
- Be a new RN graduate or a licensed RN in Arkansas.
- A preference for a BSN degree.
- Meet standard care levels.
- Participate as full partners in the interdisciplinary team.
- Hold current healthcare CPR certification.
- Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be required based on the unit.
