About the role
Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical (Acute Care) Unit, working full-time night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare team by establishing personalized patient relationships
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support a peaceful death
- Use evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey
- Take responsibility and accountability for providing care according to current policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; a 4-year/bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current RN license in the appropriate state; active licensure required
- One year of relevant experience preferred
- If license has been inactive for five years or more, completion of a Board-approved refresher course is required prior to licensure reinstatement
