About the Role

Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical (Acute Care) Unit, primarily working night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead care teams by establishing personalized relationships with patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and develop individualized care plans to promote health or support peaceful end-of-life care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and compassionate communication to guide patients through their health journey.
• Accept responsibility and accountability for delivering quality care following policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• One year relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Refresher course required if license has been inactive for over five years.
