Registered Nurse - Medical Oncology - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care according to state laws, hospital policies, and procedures.
• Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and monitor care.
• Document observations and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet unit goals.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards.
• Monitor patient progress and recognize changes in condition.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of RN experience in inpatient settings.
• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Chemotherapy/biotherapy certification within one year of hire.

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. If only an Associate Degree, must pursue a Bachelor’s within five years.
