Registered Nurse - Oncology - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Ensure regulatory compliance, take responsibility and accountability for patient outcomes, guide unlicensed staff, and promote safety and high-quality patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills: BSN preferred, current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, and ability to obtain ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate within nine months. One year of experience is preferred. Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, supervise staff, maintain compliance, and contribute to a safe, positive healthcare environment. The role involves working evenings and rotating weekends, with no travel required.
