Role Summary The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. They are responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes, and supervising unlicensed staff to deliver safe and effective care. Qualifications & Skills Current professional nursing license in Illinois BSN degree preferred BLS/CPR certification required; ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification within nine months of hire At least one year of nursing experience Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills Key Responsibilities Deliver nursing care to all patient groups Use the nursing process to develop and evaluate care plans Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Guide and supervise unlicensed nursing staff Support safety initiatives and enhance patient care quality
