Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, including oncology, blood disorders, and diabetic patients.
- Work within a 23-bed oncology unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1.
- Cross-train across specialties to build a strong clinical foundation and gain exposure to various procedures and conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
