Registered Nurse - Medical Observation Unit - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff in various formats
• Provide individualized education to patients and families based on assessments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Current Illinois nursing licensure
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association
