About the role
Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position on night shift for a 26-bed medical floor caring for adult patients with respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis diagnoses, as well as observation patients. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using technology, evidence-based practices, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assess and address patients' physical and psychological needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Ensure delivery of quality care
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs
- Adhere to hospital and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Montana RN license
- BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- National practice certification
