About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift on a 26-bed medical unit providing care to adult patients with respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis diagnoses, as well as observation cases. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices, technology, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Recognizing patient needs
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Ensuring quality care
- Supervising LPNs/CNAs
- Participating in clinical team meetings
- Complying with hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines
Requirements
- BSN from an accredited program (or within 4 years unless extensive acute care experience)
- Current Montana RN license
- BLS certification upon hire
