About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care on a 26-bed medical floor specializing in respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis diagnoses, as well as observation patients. This full-time, night shift role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using technology, evidence-based practices, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assess and address patients' physical and psychological needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Communicate compassionately with patients and families
- Oversee care provided by LPNs and CNAs
- Participate in clinical team conferences and adhere to regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited program or equivalent experience
- Current Montana RN license
- BLS certification upon hire
- Preferred: National certification in area of practice
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Manual dexterity and physical ability to assist with patient transfers and equipment
- Regular attendance and the capacity to interpret technical documents and data
