Provides direct and indirect patient care in various settings, collaborating with healthcare teams to improve outcomes. Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritizes care effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients accurately based on their medical condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and perform treatments.
• Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Assist physicians with procedures and utilize technical skills.
• Address psychosocial needs and coordinate post-discharge support.

• Prioritize patient safety and minimize harm.
• Commit to lifelong professional learning.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program. RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Skills

• Computer literacy required.
• Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications.
