Role Overview
This position involves providing high‑acuity patient care on Med Surg and Intermediate units, utilizing specialized training in progressive care to stabilize and support complex patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead patient care coordination across clinical disciplines
- Monitor patient safety and respond to evolving hospital needs
- Document care accurately and precisely
- Provide expert nursing support for high‑acuity cases

- Serve as a central contact for care teams

Qualifications
- Active RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi‑state/Compact license
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of three years nursing experience
- Training in med/surg and progressive care
- Experience managing high‑acuity cases (e.g., chest tubes, medication infusions)
