Registered Nurse - Med Surg Float

Responsibilities

• Implements, monitors, and updates patient care plans
• Assesses and communicates changes in patient conditions
• Coordinates interdisciplinary care
• Executes physician and nursing orders while prioritizing patient needs across varying acuity levels

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing
• Basic life support (BLS) certification within 1 month
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure

• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
