Registered Nurse - Med-Surg/Behavioral Health - Night Shift

Position: RN - AP4 Med-Surg/Behavioral Health Role & Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Maintain current competency, contribute to team development, and incorporate ethical and evidence-based practices. Recognize and adapt to varying situations, promote safety, supervise staff, and ensure thorough documentation. Perform related duties as needed to deliver quality care. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of one year of nursing experience, graduation from an accredited school, mastery of nursing skills, effective communication, current Illinois Nursing licensure, and CPR certification. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on unit needs.
