Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a hospital setting. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care; maintain current competency; promote safety; guide and supervise staff; integrate ethical standards and evidence-based practices; document thoroughly; and respond to emergency situations. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program; current Illinois license; effective communication skills; at least one year of experience preferred; CPR certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required.
