About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Performing comprehensive patient assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and IV therapies
- Providing wound care and ongoing patient monitoring
- Delegating tasks to support team members
- Educating patients and families
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes
- Supporting a culture of safety, compassion, and excellence in patient care
Qualifications and Skills
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- One year of relevant experience is preferred
- Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
