About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical-Surgical unit on the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Manage patient conditions with clinical judgment and evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs, including post-surgical and wound care
- Develop individualized care plans and administer medications and treatments according to policies
- Review diagnostic results and adjust care as necessary
- Promote safety, quality, and service excellence throughout care delivery
Requirements
- Graduation from a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license in Georgia
- Certification in BLS (required within first week), with ACLS, PALS, or NRP within 6 months
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to care for patients across the lifespan
